Save money on costly tenon and neck recorkes - a must have for sax and clarinet players.
Cork grease is needed by all woodwind instruments whose joints use cork. This includes clarinets, bassoons, oboes, and other woodwinds. Many teachers and repair techs also recommend cork grease for flute joints.
Cork grease should be applied daily when the cork is new (as on a new/reconditioned instrument or a new mouthpiece). After week or so, the cork grease only needs to be applied when a joint feels tight during assembly/disassembly or if corks have not been greased for months.
